This post will have minimal text related to the images, that will come later. It is an experiment that relies on your willingness to share your thoughts after viewing them. After all, we share photographs to create a level of commonness in thought. This, I would like to put to test.
How Do You Read These Photographs?
I have taken these photographs in the neighborhood and during a short visit to see the progress on the restoration of the historic yacht, Coronet. They all represent my thoughts, my reaction, my response, my feelings as I took them.
I will be grateful if you could share your thoughts on selected images, as many as you like, in the comments section as you see them, as the manifestation of my state of mind while taking them. There is no right or wrong, just different ways of seeing the photographs. I am not even sure how many of the visitors will care to share their thoughts. But, I believe this is the very essence of looking at photographs except for the writing part.
Here we go! I am looking forward to your take on these, please spare a few minutes of your time, look and write your thoughts. I will write a new post and try to articulate my take on them. Here is that post but, if you are here for the first time, please take time to review them here first before moving to the next one.

Each and every photograph there deserves a lot of comments. I prefer the other way round:
The least (meaning the lesser) photos to get my grey matter operational are the red rose and the two following it.
And the most intriguing for me is the car in front of the house, where soft lines are contrasted with the horizontal façade material and the trianglular patterns of the roofs. Meanwhile the waste bins and the background old house “işi bitirmiş”! I really liked that photo.
Thanks for the challenge Cemal. I wish I had more time to comment on each and every one of them.
Take care,
Haluk

Haluk, thank you for rising to the challenge. Our house is not that much newer than the old house next to us, both are over 95 years old. I will reserve my comment on the roses to a later time or post. This post will be open for comments any time you want to add more.
Take care,
Cemal

Cemal,
COLOR, texture and shapes! Quite an array, and beautifully captured. I have specific feelings with each image, especially the neighborhood photos which captured the beautiful summer day. I especially liked the Karma Pizza image for the composition and the “inside perspective on the name”. Thanks for allowing your readers such a wonderful experience.

Bill, thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. Every comment makes the article that much richer. Stay tuned for my take on them coming soon, very soon. You may revisit and comment again after that.
Take care,
Cemal
