Some of my posts have been quite popular and continue the trend. The following table shows the number of visits to posts or pages that have received over 1,000 visits in 2014. The top 5 posts were written before 2014 and have been receiving visitors at the same rate since, thanks to uncle Google! The top five posts are from 2007, 2011, and 2013 and still receiving strong numbers, I am very pleased. The calendar on the left was a fundraiser for Festival Ballet Providence.
The site received the highest number of visitors on January 25, 2014, with 701 views. The most popular post that day was Soapmakers. Visitors like you generated about 145 comments not counting the direct e-mail messages I have received about the posts, some posts eliciting more than others.

What is ahead
In general, I will maintain the same course of writing, covering photography, Photoshop, Lightroom, occasional product reviews, our excursions near and far, and of course, family affairs. Photography is a mental process, and the equipment specifics are fairly easy to learn. That being the case, the more conversations we have the better off we will be. I invite you to share your thoughts in the comments, let’s engage in constructive conversation, which will help both of us to improve our understanding of our photography.
I am also planning some site functionality improvements, stay tuned for those coming soon. There will be a post about the site functions, existing and the newly added ones (I have just committed myself to more than one improvement, didn’t I?)
Keep up your visits, and spread the good word about Kept Light Photography!
