With the warming weather and budding trees, the time is ripe for more infrared photographs. The infrared season has started. I have been carrying my Canon G7 on sunny days when the infrared energy is high.
I took several photographs at school, some vine clinging on to the black metal door of Koffler Hall where my office is. The other day before coming home, I first stopped at Ocean Avenue, where RI Yacht Club is located. From there, I took several photographs of Providence and the East Bay skyline and stitched them to a panorama. While doing that, a plane flew over, why not capture that?
Then I parked on the Pawtuxet Bridge and took a series of photographs to stitch into another panorama. To top it off, I stopped on Fair street to photograph the magnificent, gigantic beech tree at the first curve. It is probably one of the best-looking trees I have ever seen.
I think it is time to have the 20D converted for infrared duty.
