Holiday Greetings,
To family and friends,
To everyone we know,
And even those we do not know,
A happy holiday season and
A great new year.
There may be some benefit in looking back, reminiscing, and reflecting as we enter a new year. The photographs below are from Rhode Island. Long-time Rhode Islanders may recognize them. Some are still here, others gone. But the location is an excuse to remember the old days.

I usually cherish at that time of the year because following the winter solstice, days will start to get longer!
Best wishes to you and Jan!

It’s finally December 25th! My best to you and Jan today and my wish for you that 2017 will bring you good health and happiness. It’s also a good time to express my gratitude for all your help and encouragement.
The images of Providence are great. They bring back memories of seeing the displays in the windows at the Outlet Company when I was kid.. My mother would take us by bus from Cranston to downtown Providence. That was many, many Christmases ago!

Thank you for your holiday wishes Frank, happy holidays to you and your family.
I came to RI at the tail end of the Outlet Company, but remember the Christmas window displays and the cheery crowd inside.
